Bolt
Lock the apps
that pull you in.
What Bolt does
Bolt blocks the apps and websites you choose, using Apple's Screen Time on your iPhone, and lets you unlock them for a set time when you need them. Everything runs on your iPhone; nothing is sent anywhere. See the privacy policy.
Getting started
The first time you open Bolt, iOS asks you to allow Screen Time access. Bolt needs it to block anything. Then choose the apps and sites to block.
Questions
Why doesn't Bolt show the names of the apps I picked?
iOS doesn't tell Bolt which apps or sites you chose. It only gives Bolt references it can block, so your choices stay private, even from Bolt.
Does Bolt send my data anywhere?
No. Bolt has no servers and no accounts, and collects no data.
